This is a journey I can be proud of making. - K "The greatest adventure of our lives" is the great connection with God and others to overcome addiction and infuse lives with charity.

  To paraphrase what I heard on a podcast recently: What we are experiencing right now is so miraculous we don't even realize it... we have things so good: 1. We throw away more food than we consume  2. We have an obesity problem, not a starvation problem 3. We have more information out there, but we are lacking in wisdom...  life is not sweet and better because of those developments, if you focus on only the advancements you get a society with a bunch of stuff and no soul. FANOS is a great framework for intimate conversations. Especially between spouses, accountability partners and sponsors and even prayers and meditations. I wish I would have learned this acronym years ago. What are you FEELING?  Express AFFIRMATIONS/APPRECIATION. What do you NEED? Take OWNERSHIP.  Are you SOBER? R&R Working to laugh and become friends again

We had a discussion/ argument. Want to work on being friends and talking easy again. I'm going to try to journal about Renae and remember the fun things and hilarious things we've done together. 2011 Road trip to Lake Powell.  Sleeping on the top of the houseboat, we wake up hear a huge Murph and Andy's like "ducks out"  Hiking ding and dang I put one of the young women's leaders on my shoulders and walked.  Teresa was soo whiney.
